This role is now being performed by every team member and from the day you join us, you will solely responsible for the role. This job is available as an internship in which case we upgrade the job to make sure you can meet your research goals and specific conditions as set.
Shape - Shape the Formide Support Desk and Formide Helpcenter
Create - Create and share content about generic user questions on the Formide Helpcenter.
Engage - Engage and start conversations on forums, social media and the Formide Helpcenter with the industry and our users.
Support - Support users get up and running with Katana Desktop, Formide and The Element and assist them if needed in printing stunning models.
