The role is responsible for the day-to-day operations to ensure accurate, timely and finished goods supply. This involves: order entry processing, traffic & handling and customer support. You will also support the team in any other target audience engagement activities. It is our hope that the internship will transition into a full time position. - Process customer orders and update manager on status.
- Communicate proactively to the manager on late deliveries/short shipments and order processing incidents, so that they may take appropriate action.
- Follow customer adherence and provide information to all stakeholders.
- To log customer complaints until resolution to customer satisfaction. Establish root causes, analysis and implement/advise action plans in conjunction with appropriate parties.
- Any other ad hoc tasks and project to assist in the continuous improvements and the smooth running of the customer operations area and the team as a whole.
- Liaise with the team and give internal support.
- Provide information required on internal processes.
- Implement Specific Customer related projects.
- Fluent English speaker (it is a must).
- Perfect in written and Good in spoken communication.
- An avid social media user
- Smart and know your way around technology and IT.
- Focused on details.
